Mental Health Therapist – Private Practice Opportunity
Anchored Connections is a Christian counselling practice based in Victoria, BC. Our therapists work with individuals, couples, children, youth, and families from a wide variety of backgrounds, beliefs, and life experiences.
We are seeking a therapist who is interested in growing their private practice within an established and supportive counselling practice. This opportunity is well suited to a clinician who values professional autonomy, meaningful client relationships, and being part of a collaborative team.
We welcome applications from Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs), Registered Social Workers (RSWs), Psychologists, Psychotherapists, and other qualified mental health professionals eligible to practise independently in British Columbia.

Compensation
This is an independent contractor opportunity. Therapists retain 75% of client fees. Office space is available separately.

Pay: $130.00-$180.00 per hour
