High-Value Corporate Deals | Uncapped Commission Potential
We are looking for a driven B2B sales professional to develop corporate telecom and business communications opportunities.
This is a consultative B2B sales role for someone who knows how to prospect, build relationships with decision-makers, understand business needs, and close deals. This is not a retail sales role or a passive inbound sales position.
You will be responsible for identifying business clients, developing your pipeline, presenting Telico’s telecom and business communication services, managing follow-ups, and closing new corporate opportunities.
Corporate deals can range from approximately $20,000 to $40,000, with potential commissions of $5,000 to $10,000 per closed deal, depending on the final contract value and commission structure.
The more qualified business you generate and close, the more you can earn.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new B2B client opportunities
- Build relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
- Understand customer needs and position the right telecom or business communication services
- Present Telico’s offerings in a professional and consultative way
- Manage follow-ups, proposals, referrals, and sales opportunities
- Generate leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and social selling
- Track pipeline activity, next steps, and deal progress
- Support clients through the full sales process from first contact to close
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone professional, commercially minded, self-motivated, and serious about closing business.
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Have experience in B2B sales, business development, telecom, IT services, SaaS, managed services, or corporate sales
- Are comfortable prospecting and generating your own opportunities
- Can speak confidently with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
- Know how to follow up consistently and move opportunities forward
- Are motivated by commission and performance-based income
- Can understand business offerings and communicate value clearly
- Are professional, reliable, accountable, and comfortable managing a sales pipeline
Telecom experience is an asset, but not required. Strong B2B sales ability is more important.
Compensation
This is a commission-based / performance-based sales role with uncapped earning potential.
Corporate deals may range from approximately $20,000 to $40,000, with potential commissions of $5,000 to $10,000 per closed deal, depending on the final contract value and commission structure.
Work Authorization
Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Pay: From $5,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC (Montréal)
