Jeff’s Outdoor has been transforming outdoor spaces across

Ontario and CNLA, we’ve built our reputation on craftsmanship,
integrity, and genuinely caring about the communities we work in.
We’re looking for an experienced Design Build Consultant to join
our Design Build division — someone who can walk into a client’s
backyard, see the potential, and guide them from first conversation to
finished project.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their vision, budget, and property
- Work with our designers to bring custom outdoor living spaces to
life — patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, pools, and full
landscape transformations
- Work with our designers to prepare accurate estimates, proposals,
and 3D renderings/design plans
- Present designs and close sales, guiding clients through material
and feature selections
- Hand off approved projects to our project manager, staying
involved through execution to ensure the client’s vision comes to
life
- Build lasting relationships that turn clients into repeat customers
and referral sources
- 10+ years of experience in landscape design, design-build sales, or
a closely related field
- Strong design sense paired with real sales ability — you can sketch
it and sell it
- Comfort with estimating/design software (LMN experience is an
asset)
- A portfolio of completed design-build projects
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- A valid driver’s license, clean abstract and reliable transportation
- Compensation: $90,000–$125,000, based on experience
