Overview
We are seeking dedicated Sanitation Cleaners (man) to join our team and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. This role is vital in ensuring that our spaces meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, contributing to the overall well-being of staff and visitors alike. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas and common spaces
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure surfaces are sanitized and maintained
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as trash removal, floor care, and restocking supplies
- Follow established cleaning protocols to meet health and safety standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate loads
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic understanding of maintenance tasks is a plus but not required
