We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically capable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. Prior experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects
- Perform general manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills for effective coordination with colleagues
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial setting (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work quality
- Prior experience in construction, warehouse, or similar environments is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new hires
