Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to potential clients
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members
- Manage time effectively to ensure all responsibilities are completed within scheduled shifts
- Demonstrate professionalism through proper phone etiquette and organizational skills during customer interactions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related customer service fields preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for transactions
- Customer service-oriented with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively upsell products or services
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with technical sales or familiarity with retail merchandising is advantageous
- Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases
