This is not a fetch-and-carry job. We are looking for someone who wants to learn the bathroom renovation trade properly and is serious about building a career in it.
Avalon Renovation is one of Ottawa's most trusted bathroom renovation companies, rated 4.7 stars by local homeowners. You will work side by side with our foreman and skilled crew on real bathroom projects, learning the right way from people who care about quality.
What You'll Do
- Support the foreman and crew on bathroom renovations from start to finish
- Help with demo, framing, waterproofing, tile prep, flooring, and trim
- Measure, cut, carry, and prep materials
- Set up and clean up the job site every day
- Protect floors, walls, and the homeowner's property
- Load and unload tools and materials
- Learn proper bathroom methods, job site organization, and how a build comes together
What You Need
- Some hands-on construction or renovation experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic matters more
- Willing to use hand tools and power tools safely and learn fast
- Able to read a tape measure
- Reliable, punctual, and a good attitude
- Respectful around homeowners, coworkers, and other trades
- Physically able to lift materials and work on active sites
- Valid driver's license
Own basic tools and safety certifications (WHMIS, Working at Heights) are a plus, not a must.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
