The Medical Clinic is looking for IMG Physicians who are qualified International Medical Doctor Graduates. Only Medcial Doctors should apply.
Responsibilities:
- History taking, physical exam and IV insertions
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the appointment calendar efficiently
- Collect and update patient information in electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing excellent customer service
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure smooth patient flow
Skills:
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as PS suite
- Strong computer skills, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with fluent in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone systems and handling incoming/outgoing calls professionally
