TechSid Marketing is seeking ambitious Team Leads to help build and lead fundraising teams across Ontario and Manitoba.
This is not a traditional management role. We're looking for player-coaches leaders who can recruit, train, motivate, and develop high-performing teams while leading from the front.
Our teams work directly with Canadian charities through face-to-face community engagement programs. As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for driving team performance, developing new talent, and creating a positive, energetic culture in the field.
If you've led teams in door-to-door sales, fundraising, telecom, events, retail sales, financial products, or field marketing, we'd like to speak with you.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a team of Fundraising Representatives
- Conduct field coaching and performance management
- Support recruiting and onboarding of new team members
- Run daily team meetings and territory planning sessions
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching
- Ensure operational compliance and reporting standards are maintained
- Manage tablets, materials, and field logistics
- Lead by example through personal production and professionalism
- Foster a positive, high-energy team culture
Ideal Background
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
- Door-to-door sales
- Charity fundraising
- Telecommunications sales
- Event marketing
- Retail sales leadership
- Financial services sales
- Field marketing campaigns
- Customer acquisition programs
Experience with organizations such as charity fundraising agencies, telecom providers, field marketing companies, or direct sales organizations is considered a strong asset.

Requirements
- Leadership or team management experience preferred
- Sales, fundraising, or customer-facing experience required
