Position Overview
To play a key role in advancing Human Appeals mission by supporting the delivery of outreach and engagement initiatives through the Global REACH Community. The Reach Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies that enhance visibility, accessibility, and participation, ensuring that Human Appeal effectively reaches and supports those in need. The Reach Coordinator works collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to drive advocacy, inclusion, and impact, strengthening relationships and promoting sustainable engagement.
The salary range for this role is $61,000-$75,000 and this is a new role.

Main Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Outreach Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with target communities, ensuring meaningful participation in REACH programs. Actively engage with beneficiaries through events, campaigns, and digital platforms to promote awareness and accessibility.

Fundraising & Donor Relations Support fundraising efforts by designing engagement initiatives that attract donors and sponsors. Contribute to campaigns by maintaining strong communication with donors, ensuring retention and long-term commitment.

Stakeholder & Partnership Management Build and nurture relationships with local and national partners, including NGOs, businesses, and government agencies, to enhance REACHs visibility and collaboration opportunities.
- Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all outreach and fundraising activities adhere to legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards. Address potential risks proactively to maintain operational integrity.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and analyse outreach activities, measuring success against key performance indicators. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future engagement strategies.
- Administrative & Operational Support Provide administrative support, including maintaining documentation, managing materials for deployments and events, and ensuring coordination across teams.

Event & Campaign Coordination- Support the planning and delivery of REACH events and campaigns. Help coordinate logistics, communications, and REACHER participation to ensure smooth execution.

Candidate essential criteria

Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Nonprofit Management, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, International Development, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years in similar post, proven track record of project, events and volunteer management.

Computer literate and competent with Microsoft Office, social media

English essential. Knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic/Urdu/Gujarati/Hindi/Punjabi an advantage.
