Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Support children in their daily routines, including feeding, toileting, and rest periods
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that meet individual needs and learning goals
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education best practices
- Communicate effectively with families to foster strong relationships and support children's success
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization in accordance with health and safety standards
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage young learners through creative activities
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, families, and team members
