We are seeking a dedicated registered *FEMALE* physiotherapist who is passionate about evidence-based care and committed to providing exceptional service to our patients. The role includes assessing and treating a diverse caseload comprising motor-vehicle accident, workers' compensation board, and private-based patients.
Duties:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
- Monitor and record patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their conditions and preventing further injury
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in physiotherapy techniques
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
- Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in Alberta
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Having a second language is a not necessary but a strong asset
- Experience working in an outpatient or other private practice setting is preferred
- Post-graduate courses are an asset but not necessary
