Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services to enhance their dining experience
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS, and process payments efficiently with cash handling skills
- Assist with food and beverage preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Serve food and beverages promptly while upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front of house area, including dining tables, counters, and service stations
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Support team members with basic food handling and kitchen experience when needed for smooth operations
Experience
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for all necessary skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Panasonic POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests courteously and professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in hospitality or serving roles demonstrates an understanding of guest needs and effective communication skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
