Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by identifying guests’ needs and helping them find the right products for their home
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Use your sales abilities to meet or exceed sales goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment
- Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, competitor pricing, and service offerings
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive shopping experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of furniture sales experience Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Passion for sales and customer satisfaction
- Secondary school education required
- Fluent in English
