Saskatoon Truck Parts is a family owned business that has been in operation for 40 years, serving customers across Canada and the United States. We are currently looking for a full time yard laborer/dismantler who is not afraid to work outdoors, loves working with trucks and is not afraid to get their hands dirty. Job Description:
- Remove requested parts to fulfill orders within the suggested time constraints in a safety conscious manner.
- Take apart all makes and models from 3 ton to highway tractors ( Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, Volvo, etc.)
- Ensure the quality of the acquired part/s
- Willing and able to stand for long periods and work outside in all weather conditions
- Able to work safely in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds without assistance
- Successful candidates must be reliable, dependable, mature, punctual and motivated.
- Cutting torch or welding experience is an asset
- Must be able to work well with others or alone
- Assisting in yard clean-up/organizing
Requirements:
- Valid class 5 driver’s license
- Supplying your own tools is an asset
- Class 1A license is an asset
