The Opportunity

Your Impact as a Junior ERP Functional Consultant

As a Junior ERP Functional Consultant, you will be at the intersection of software and business, gaining invaluable experience by working directly with clients to understand their unique operational challenges. You will play a crucial role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting Odoo ERP systems, helping businesses across various sectors achieve their strategic goals. This role offers significant potential for professional development and career advancement within our supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Client Engagement & Business Analysis
- Collaborate closely with customers to review, analyze, and evaluate their current business operations and pain points.
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering sessions to understand client needs and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
Solution Design & Implementation
- Design, document, and test new solutions or improve existing Odoo functionalities to meet client specifications.
- Assist with the full lifecycle of Odoo system implementations, from initial setup to go-live.
Project Management & Support
- Manage and contribute to Odoo continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with client expectations.
- Provide essential support and comprehensive training to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize Odoo.
Documentation & Reporting
- Create and provide detailed reports as required, offering insights into system performance and client operations.
Pre-sales Activities
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, assisting with demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

Qualifications & Skills

What You'll Bring

Minimum Requirements

Educations

Diploma/degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge gained through formal education, specialized training, and/or a minimum of 3 years of relevant job experience.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of related experience in information technology systems.
Proven experience with IT system implementation.
At least 1 year of hands-on functional experience and knowledge of Odoo ERP.
Experience in complex Odoo troubleshooting.
Demonstrated project management experience.
Familiarity with manufacturing, warehouse operations, and related business processes.

Skills

Exceptional Communication - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders across all departments and varying technical proficiencies.
Analytical & Problem-Solving - Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions based on new information.
Proactive & Independent - Able to perform a variety of complicated tasks with limited direction and a "get-it-done" attitude.
Team Player - Willingness to offer ideas and direction while functioning as an integral team member.
Client-Focused - A strong commitment to client satisfaction and delivering high-quality solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience

E-commerce experience.
Knowledge of Python Programming.
Experience with other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
Proficiency in French language.
