Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Millwork Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing custom millwork, cabinetry, and related wood products in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure precise installation. The position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to deliver high-quality results.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine installation procedures.
- Install cabinetry, millwork, siding, flooring, tile, and other wood or composite materials with precision.
- Use hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate installation schedules.
- Perform lifting and manual labor safely during the transportation and positioning of materials.
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure tools and equipment are properly cared for.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-end, woodworking, or millwork installation.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction and woodworking.
- Knowledge of CNC machinery operation is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes is advantageous.
- Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces.

Pay: $34.00-$36.00 per hour
