What You'll Be Doing
- Working with drivers to plan and coordinate freight across Canada and the U.S.
- Scheduling loads and keeping customers updated throughout the shipping process.
- Solving problems as they arise and finding solutions to keep freight moving.
- Building strong relationships with drivers, customers, and brokers.
- Tracking shipments and ensuring deliveries stay on schedule.
- Learning the ins and outs of the transportation industry from an experienced team.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to stay calm and think clearly when things get busy.
- Confidence using computers and learning new software.
- Someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing great customer service.
- Experience in trucking or dispatching is an asset—but not required. We'll train the right person.
