Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering duties
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash handling responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting guests with menu selections and inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment during busy periods
- Follow food handling protocols to ensure safety and hygiene at all times
- Assist in food service operations, including serving guests when needed
- Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
