You are passionate about this business and knowledgeable about the offerings and services. You will lead the way in educating the patient on the concerns they have identified and address them, enhancing their experience by designing a treatment plan that gives them a clear picture of what the process will look like and what the anticipated outcome will be. You credential your teammates and introduce them to the patient so they know they will receive the best-in-class support they deserve. You achieve success by making relationships with patients and designing a 360˚ treatment plan.
Doing what you do best
Virtual consultations & in-clinic treatment design
- Lead of all consultation processes, whether in person or virtual
- Manage schedule accordingly – be creative to allow for both types of consultations
- Education Journey
- Take your patient on an educational journey; all appointments should include:
- Work with the patient to design a personalized treatment plan just for them, being mindful and creative to work within the patient’s budget and discuss financing options where applicable
- Educate the patient on what they can expect from the entire process
- Credential team members
- Based on the treatment plan and skin analysis, educate the patient on skin care that will assist in the desired outcome of results

- Trendy & professional. We want you to look and feel stylish while also feeling comfortable and approachable to patients.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
- Customer service/Sales: 1 year (required)
- Medical Aesthetics: 1 year (preferred)
