What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced HVAC Installer Technician
- A team player who values a supportive work environment. (Our culture is everything, and we believe in helping each other out every step of the way.)
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings
- Familiarity with ductwork installation and repair
- Basic plumbing skills and knowledge of welding techniques are a plus
- Experience in appliance repair and construction is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various environments
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Collaborate with team members to interpret schematics and complete projects on time.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety standards and protocols.
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Layout, measure, and install ductwork
- Inspect and install equipment as per project specifications.
