About the Opportunity
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to build a rewarding career while learning from experienced personal insurance professionals. You'll focus on helping individuals and families across Canada find the right personal insurance solutions—including auto, home, tenant, and recreational vehicle coverage—while developing your sales expertise in a supportive, high-performance environment.
In addition to a competitive base salary, you'll enjoy unlimited commission potential, along with monthly and annual performance bonuses based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through prospecting, networking, and outbound sales activities.
- Identify and target ideal commercial clients while developing effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through cold calling, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets using key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Conduct professional needs assessments to understand each client's insurance requirements.
- Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service and trusted insurance advice.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using the company's CRM system
What We're Looking For
- RIBO License is considered an asset (successful candidates must obtain it within three months of employment).
- Post-secondary education is an asset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.

Position Details

- Hours: 37.5 hours per week

- Compensation: $45,000 annual base salary plus 30% commission on new business
