Techno Metal Post SSM is hiring a reliable, experienced Lead Hand Installer to lead and work alongside our installation crew.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily job-site operations and installation crew
- Install helical piles for decks, additions and other structures
- Operate installation equipment and machinery
- Read plans, complete layouts and ensure accurate installations
- Keep jobs organized, safe and on schedule
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Communicate with customers, contractors and the office
Qualifications
- Construction, excavation or equipment operation experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s licence
- Reliable, physically capable and comfortable working outdoors
- Able to work independently and take ownership of job sites
Helical pile experience is not required — training will be provided.
