As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for helping deliver a positive client experience through accurate and timely administration of CINUP group benefit plans. This includes processing enrolments, changes, and terminations; keeping records up to date; applying payments; reviewing information for accuracy and completeness; and following up on client accounts or missing details when needed. You will also support clients, advisors, and plan administrators by handling telephone and email inquiries, facilitating training for online platforms such as my-benefits, and working with internal teams to ensure service is consistent, helpful, and reliable. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys detailed work, problem solving, and building strong client relationships.
- Hybrid working model based out of our Winnipeg, MB office, with three days in-office per week.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with a strong focus on customer service
- Attention to detail and accuracy are required
- Ability to deliver virtual client training sessions in a clear and professional manner
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities
- Effective problem solving, analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work respectfully across cultures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Proficient using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to manage & monitor client accounts
- Demonstrated understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles
- Experience working respectfully with Indigenous clients and communities is an asset
- Minimum one year of experience in group insurance, preferably in a customer service or administration role
- Completion of courses within the industry (CEBS, LOMA) or equivalent work experience are an asset
