Our work includes safety manuals, COR/SECOR auditing, regulatory compliance, safety registries (ISN, Complyworks, Avetta, etc.), custom safety programs, client support, and safety training.
The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Safety Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, variety, and working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will support safety programs, manage documentation, and help ensure compliance across multiple systems.
What You’ll Do
· Support clients with safety documentation, updates, and recommendations
· Work within multiple safety platforms and online systems (Workhub, Site Docs, ISN, Complyworks, Avetta), auditing software, logbook software (Motive, Big Road) etc.
· Complete accurate and timely administrative tasks
· Communicate professionally with clients and team members
· Collaborate in a small, supportive office environment
· Maintain and track client safety training records
What You Bring
· Strong Microsoft Word skills (essential)
· Proficiency with digital communication and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, PowerPoint)
· Ability to learn and retain large amounts of information
· Quick adaptability to new systems and processes
· Strong attention to detail and organization skills
· Professional communication and client service approach
· Ability to work independently after training
· Positive, team-focused attitude
· Ability to safely climb and descend stairs multiple times per day
Nice to Have
· Experience in safety, compliance, or administrative roles
· Ability to read and understand OH&S legislation, Hours of Service legislation, labour standards, WCB/WorkSafe BC, etc.
· Familiarity with COR/SECOR or safety registries (ISN, Complyworks, Avetta, etc.)
· Experience delivering training or presentations
· Ability to correct drivers daily logs (Federal and Provincial)
