Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Part-Time Crew Member to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and high-quality food experiences. The ideal candidate will assist with food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
- Assist with food safety procedures, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
Requirements
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
