What You Will Be Installing
- High-efficiency furnaces
- Heat pumps (high-volume environment)
- Central air conditioning systems
- Ductless mini-split systems
- Boilers
- Tank and tankless water heaters

Key Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems and components
- Remove and replace existing equipment
- Perform ductwork modifications where required
- Connect gas, venting, and electrical connections (within scope)
- Test systems for proper performance and safety
- Follow manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years HVAC installation experience
- Experience with residential retrofit installations
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Gas certification and/or sheet metal experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
- Valid driver's license
