Seeking 2 insiders to work 20-30 hours per week. Your role will be customer service, pizza making, prep work, oven tending, and cleaning tasks. Potential to grow into full time or supervisory roles. Shifts needed are primarily supper and evening shifts tyically starting at 4pm and running anywhere from 7pm to 1am. Please note we are currently not assisting with immigration.

Domino's Pizza Amherst is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Part-Time Insiders to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the food industry, providing hands-on experience in food preparation, customer service, and restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior food service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to ensure success in your role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and transactions
- Handle cash and perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Support team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Experience
- Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Experience in cashiering, serving, or cash handling is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and upselling products
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper kitchen procedures is beneficial
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
