Praesidium Construction Group Ltd. is a licensed, insured, and WorkSafeBC-registered carpentry, renovation, and construction company serving the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. Built On Reliability — we're looking for a skilled labourer to join our crew and grow with us as we take on more residential and commercial work.
The Role
We need a reliable, hard-working labourer who can show up ready to work and take direction well on active job sites. You'll be supporting our carpentry and renovation crews across framing, forming, and general renovation tasks — no two days look exactly the same.
Responsibilities
- Assist with framing, concrete forming, and renovation work on residential and commercial sites
- Site prep, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate hand and power tools safely and competently
- Follow site safety protocols and WorkSafeBC standards
- Take direction from lead hands and site supervisors, work well as part of a crew
- Travel between job sites as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Able to speak and understand English for safe communication on-site
- Physically able to perform labour-intensive work outdoors in all seasons
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Assets (not required, but valued)
- Framing experience
- Concrete forming experience
- Renovation experience
- Basic tool ownership
Pay
$22–$40/hour, based on skills and experience. We pay for what you bring — the more you can do independently, the more you earn.
