Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in mechanical design, system development, and manufacturing processes. Duties
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components using SolidWorks.
- Create detailed schematics and technical drawings for manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Develop control systems utilizing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and integrate them with mechanical components.
- Perform system analysis and simulations using MATLAB, LabVIEW, and other engineering tools to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop manufacturing processes, including CNC programming and system design.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and specifications.
- Assist in the drafting of technical documentation, manuals, and schematics for project implementation.
- Support research and development initiatives by applying mechanical knowledge to innovative solutions.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and review meetings to ensure timely delivery of engineering projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, and drafting tools.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, system design, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), CNC machines, and automation systems.
- Proficiency in MATLAB, LabVIEW, C++, or similar programming environments for system control and data analysis.
- Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and electrical diagrams.
- Familiarity with schematics creation, CAD modeling, and manufacturing techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
