Join our team as an Bar supervisor/Manager and play a pivotal role in our organization's success. We are seeking a dedicated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving operational excellence. As the Bar Supervisor/Manager, you will collaborate closely with the management team to oversee daily operations & ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Bar Lead position with the possibility of Bar Manager with contingency of proper duties and executing operations.
Duty may include but are NOT limited to:
-Inventory counts (Liquor, beer, garnish, bar ingredients)
-Batching of cocktails (may have other bartenders assist but needs to be done for the week)
-Preparing garnishes (may have other bartenders assist but needs to be done for the week)
-Delegate and participate of organization and cleanliness of bar
-Liquor order pick up on Thursdays, located in Lockport (paid travel time)
-Supervise other bartenders and assist if required
-Typical bar duties of serving cocktails and and nightlife service
-Potential cocktail design and/or collaboration for menu and feature menu (approval from General Manager)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
-Driver license and vehicle mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and problem-solve under pressure
Wage is hourly plus tips

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
