We think AI should do more than write a clever caption or wow someone in a demo. It should make real businesses run better - serve customers well, kill off unnecessary manual work, and hand real leverage back to the people actually running the show.
That's where we come in. We help US small and medium-sized businesses hire capable offshore talent who know how to build AI automations, workflows, and internal systems.
We're hiring a Client Success Manager who wants to be at the center of that impact. You'll own the client journey end-to-end - from onboarding through placement and beyond. You'll sit with business owners, figure out what they actually need (not just what they say they need), connect them to the strongest candidates from our talent pool, and steer both sides through a process that's clear, thoughtful, and never chaotic.
We've already built and vetted that talent pool - so no, you won't be sourcing candidates from scratch. Your job starts where sourcing ends: understanding what a business actually needs, then matching them with the right person from talent we've already found and vetted.
And this isn't a "fill the seat" kind of role. Every placement you make has a real shot at changing how a business operates. The right hire gives an overwhelmed owner their time back, clears bottlenecks nobody else could untangle, and helps a company build capability it didn't have before. You're not just running a process - you're the person who decides whether that transformation actually happens. That's the job, and it matters.
We care about getting the match right - not just getting it done fast. So we're looking for someone who takes real pride in good judgment, sharp communication, and helping talented people land in businesses where they'll actually thrive.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new clients and get crystal clear on their hiring needs, goals, and expectations
- Review context from the sales closer and chase down anything missing
- Match clients with the strongest candidates from our existing talent pool (sourcing is already done - that's on us, not you)
- Present candidates with clarity and confidence - and explain exactly why they're a fit
- Coordinate and run client-candidate interviews
- Advise clients on candidate selection, role design, expectations, and onboarding
- Keep the whole process organized, moving, and friction-free
- Handle a smooth handoff once the client picks their person
- Communicate clearly with clients from day one to placement day
- Spot risks early and solve problems before they turn into fires
You'll Be a Strong Fit If You
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and with genuine confidence
- Have a great personality that draws people towards you and trust you
- Are great at solving problems and making educated decisions
- Are organized, responsive, and borderline obsessive about details
- Can size up a business, role, and hiring need fast
- Have strong instincts for people and fit
- Would rather advise a client than just take orders
- Can juggle multiple clients and placements without dropping a thread
- Take ownership without waiting for a green light
- Stay level-headed when interviews shift or clients need extra hand-holding
- Are genuinely curious about AI, automation, and how businesses actually use tech (AI experience is a nice-to-have, not a requirement - curiosity matters more than credentials)
Experience in recruiting, staffing, client success, account management, consulting, or hiring is strongly preferred, but not required.
What Success Looks Like
- Clients feel understood, supported, and confident the whole way through
- Strong candidates land in the right roles
- Interviews are well-prepared and run smoothly
- Placements move forward without unnecessary delay
- New hires start with clear expectations, not guesswork
- Problems get caught early and handled directly
This role is built for someone who wants their work to actually mean something - who likes working with business owners, untangling complex needs, trusting their own judgment, and helping the right person find the right seat.
You're not here to push résumés around a spreadsheet. You're here to help businesses build better teams - and make AI actually useful.
