Duties
- Conduct outside sales and retail sales activities to identify potential clients and promote insurance products.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering suitable insurance options.
- Analyze client information to recommend appropriate coverage plans and explain policy details clearly.
- Negotiate terms and policy details with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up communications.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is preferred.
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable policies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and close sales.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Multilingual abilities, especially bilingual proficiency in Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Experience with telemarketing, marketing strategies, and sales administration is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently while managing a diverse client portfolio.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up processes.
