We’re looking for someone who understands that being a great barber is about more than just giving a haircut—it’s about building relationships, paying attention to the details, and making every client leave looking and feeling their best.
The Ideal Barber:
- Passionate about traditional barbering and the craft

- Enthusiastic and motivated to grow
- Takes pride in delivering quality work and exceptional service
- Has an existing clientele or a solid client base to build upon
- Experienced and confident working independently
- Appreciates the culture and atmosphere of a classic barbershop
- Interested in building a long-term career and growing their clientele
