Here’s what you will focus on:
- Install and/or service HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, HRVs/ERVs, tank less water heaters, water softeners, and reverse osmosis systems
- Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and company expectations
- Communicate professionally with customers and deliver a positive service experience
- Complete accurate job documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with TSSA regulations and applicable building codes
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation or service issues as needed
- Strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Valid G2 Gas Technician License
- Valid 313D Refrigeration License
- ODP Certification
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation or service experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and installation best practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or lead a team
- Experience with boiler installation (preferred)
