SUMMARY:
The National Account Manager (NAM) will be responsible for the growth of all Securitas Technology products within their account portfolio as well as identifying/pursuing new target accounts as assigned.
JOB DUTIES:

Responsible for implementing Securitas Technology and National Accounts strategies for all Securitas Technology products at the highest levels of target accounts;

Responsible for creating and implementing a proactive strategy including a National Account territory/vertical business plan

Coordinating internal account teams toward execution of each strategic account plan;

Systematically implementing growth strategies that expand the Security Solutions base to new customer beyond the current customers and other existing relationships;

Responsible for National Accounts sales performance/growth (new accounts/performance of present accounts), account penetration, national contracts/agreements, and customer satisfaction levels;

Provide leadership, sales expertise and support in sales effort to penetrate targeted accounts and vertical markets;

Demonstrate integrity in dealings with customers and colleagues;

Work closely with team to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual goals in place;

Full utilization of Salesforce.com as a means of tracking and measuring individual and team sales activities and progress;

Work with Subject Matter Experts to maintain and increase product knowledge;

Establish periodic goals and objectives, understand how they will be measured, receive feedback from Regional Sales Manager and work towards achieving these agreed upon results within the stated time period;

Perform other duties as assigned to support the objectives of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS:

University degree in Business or a similar field or equivalent experience;

5+ years of National Account Management and growth in a similar field;

Proven track record of success with high profile customers and complex offering and solutions;

Knowledge of Salesforce
