Job Description:
- Emergency Vehicle Outfitting
- 2-Way Radio Installation
- Cell Signal Booster Installation
Requirements:
- Grade 12
-Some post-secondary education is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Experience:
- Installation experience a definite asset
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with the general public
- Provide professional representation for the Company
- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
- Identify customer requirements
- Assess customer needs (prioritize)
- Recommend solutions
- Complete the installation process, including the processing of all installation-related documentation
- Post-installation follow-up
- On-going customer support
- Deal with customers in person, by email or by telephone
- Continuous training to learn new products &
features
- Maintain work area, service vehicle, customer vehicle and customer premise cleanliness
- Continually apply safe work practices

Schedule:
- Typically, Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m.-
5:00 p.m.)
- Two 15 minute breaks provided each day
