We are looking for a creative and results-driven Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to lead the branding, visual identity, and customer-facing presentation of our online store. This role is ideal for someone who understands how strong branding, compelling visuals, and consistent messaging can drive customer engagement, trust, and conversions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a premium brand image across our ecommerce platforms, ensuring that every aspect of the online shopping experience reflects our brand values and enhances customer perception.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Development & Management
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all ecommerce channels.
- Ensure brand guidelines are implemented across website, product pages, marketing materials, and social media.
- Create and execute branding strategies that strengthen brand recognition and customer loyalty.
- Monitor competitor branding and identify opportunities to differentiate the brand.
Store Visual Identity & User Experience
- Own the visual presentation of the ecommerce store, ensuring a professional, engaging, and conversion-focused customer experience.
- Maintain visual consistency across product imagery, graphics, typography, and website layouts.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to improve store aesthetics and user experience.
Ecommerce Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to promote products and strengthen brand awareness.
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
- Create compelling visual content and marketing assets for website, email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Work closely with content creators and graphic designers to ensure brand consistency.
Content & Creative Management
- Oversee product photography standards, lifestyle imagery, and visual merchandising.
- Develop creative briefs and guide the production of marketing materials.
- Ensure all visual assets align with the brand's positioning and target audience.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor website engagement metrics, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Conduct A/B testing for banners, landing pages, and visual elements.
- Use data-driven insights to improve store appearance, customer engagement, and conversion performance.
- Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Ecommerce, Branding, Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
- Experience in visual merchandising, brand development, and online store optimization.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of customer journey, UX principles, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
