Responsibilities
- Perform professional hairstyling services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Provide nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with attention to detail and hygiene.
- Conduct body waxing services in accordance with sanitation protocols.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client experience and salon revenue.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to client needs, offering expert advice, and ensuring a comfortable salon experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license with certification in hairstyling and nail care.
- Experience in body waxing, nail care, and retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform multiple services efficiently while maintaining high standards of sanitation.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling products and services to maximize client satisfaction and sales.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
