Located at White Oaks Mall (1105 Wellington Road), this exciting new Customer Meeting Point represents a unique opportunity to bring the IKEA experience to a new community and make our home furnishing solutions more accessible than ever.

Key responsibilities (text) As a Store Co-worker, you will be an ambassador for the IKEA brand, creating a welcoming and inspiring experience for every customer who visits. By working together with your colleagues, you will help customers discover affordable, sustainable, and well-designed home furnishing solutions that contribute to a better everyday life at home.
- Show interest and actively learn about IKEA products and services, sharing knowledge with customers and colleagues acting as an ambassador of the IKEA brand and actively meet our customers, contribute throughout the whole shopping journey to a great customer experience.
- By having general and wide knowledge of the IKEA range and service offer, cross working areas offer customers a holistic and positive shopping experience. Apply the IKEA mechanical sales system as well as maintain range presentation media in work area and ensure that the presented range is up to date. Understand life at home and home furnishing to sell complete and sustainable solutions.
- By general cross work area understanding of the customer journey, support the customer in your customer meeting point and beyond considering the IKEA omnichannel environment.
- Contribute to the highest goods availability and the scheduled deliveries for customers and stores by the correct and on-time execution of the assigned fulfilment tasks. Effectively perform the delivery operation in the assigned area, using the available systems and tools that support an efficient goods flow process and data integrity. Contribute to stock accuracy to achieve scheduled
deliveries and product availability for the customers and the store.
- Operate according to working methods and routines with the aim of maximizing the customer meeting point efficiency. Ensure the IKEA store is always a safe and secure environment for visitors and colleagues, actively preventing incidents and working according to the company code of conduct and complaint with internal regulation and external legislation, specifically related to IKEA health and safety.
