We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Plumber/Gasfitter to join our construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in new construction, renovations, or service calls.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute plumbing tasks.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
- Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and implement timely solutions.
- Follow safety protocols rigorously while handling construction materials and heavy equipment.
- Document work performed through detailed reports and update schematics or blueprints as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance within commercial or residential settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with skills in carpentry, HVAC systems, welding, and blueprint reading.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics interpretation, and basic math for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as required.
- Valid driver’s license with experience in commercial driving preferred.
- Construction experience with familiarity in assembly processes and schematics is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to plumbing work and construction sites.

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
