Panda House is looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This is an independent, one-person store position where you'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while maintaining an organized and inviting store.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Recommend and promote products to customers.
- Restock shelves and create attractive product displays.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well presented.
- Receive and merchandise new inventory.
- Communicate with management regarding daily store operations, customer feedback, and inventory needs.
- Assist with opening and closing the store.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Enjoy interacting with children and families.
- Friendly, responsible, and dependable.
- Willing to learn about our products and continue developing product knowledge.
- Able to work independently and manage daily store operations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Lanauage: English / Mandarins / Both
