Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily operations within our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse management, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes, plumbing and heating knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.
Duties
· Maintain and organise the warehouse materials including cleaning/sweeping the floors.
· Order required parts on quoted jobs.
· Order inventory as needed. Parts and consumables.
· Receive delivery items when they arrive at shop.
· Part pick ups from suppliers.
· Create job packages for scheduled quoted jobs.
· Run parts to technicians when needed.
· Fix and repair equipment, ie sewer snakes, camera, jackhammer, pipe threader
· Maintain part return area and return parts to suppliers where required.
· Work with office staff where needed. Pick slip, check pricing, add part into system.
· Follow up with vendors on parts orders.
· Maintain parts book in system.
· Yearly inventory of the warehouse and assist technicians with van inventory (September)
Skills
· Knowledge of plumbing and heating to maintain all plumbing and heating parts within the warehouse.
· Follow all policies and procedures of Fix It Right Plumbing and Heating
· Abide by all company safety policies.
· Attend morning meetings every day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
