Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions for the corporate team
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis activities
- Perform monthly reviews of reconciliations, tax filings, and financial reports
- Coordinate departmental reporting and variance analysis
- Assist with general accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, or journal entries as needed
- Provide support and accounting expertise for continuous process improvements and project accounting
- Coordinate corporate budget and forecast preparation
- Maintain project accounting for tracking intercompany charges, centralized purchasing, and legal expenditures
- Provide backup and in-depth knowledge of corporate accounting to operating companies
Qualifications:
- CPA designated, or actively pursuing CPA designation.
- Public accounting experience followed by industry experience is highly valued
- Experience with organizations that have multiple entities or company structures is beneficial
- Open to candidates looking for growth; prior manager title is not strictly required.
- Tech-savvy with potential experience in Dynamics 365
- Ability to work 4 days a week in the London office
