Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated CSR & Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving. Responsibilities
- Assist customers by providing prompt and professional service, addressing inquiries, and processing orders
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and attention to detail
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods
- Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities
- Support order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms and traditional distribution channels
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist in packaging products for shipment to ensure quality and safety during transit
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve workflow efficiency
Skills
- Ability to operate pump trucks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Experience with order fulfillment, load & unload procedures, and packaging techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supporting customer service efforts
- Warehouse experience including order picker roles is preferred but not required
