Flame & Smith is a sustainably-minded restaurant that embraces the exciting art of woodfire cooking and the supporting community that surrounds it. Located in Bloomfield, Prince Edward County, it is a new restaurant set to open early May 2018. We are looking to build a great.
We carefully source local ingredients to be used in a thoughtful and unique form of cooking, while providing our guests with high quality dining experiences through a welcoming and personable service. We cultivate strong and meaningful relationships with community, farmers, partners and suppliers and are passionate about being part of the County’s cultural fabric.
