About the position
This position will support our growing business and e-commerce activities. As a Warehouse Associate, you will work as part of our team and handle several key functions in our warehouse. Responsibilities include shipping and receiving; materials handling; assisting the team with order fulfillment; loading couriers at end of day; and warehouse optimization. To thrive in this position, a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and sense of urgency are crucial. Experience in the consumer-packaged goods sector or with picking, packing, shipping small parts will be an asset. Most importantly, you will share our passion for providing clients with exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities
· Carry out shipping and receiving activities by loading and unloading couriers and trucks
· Receive and record inventory accurately, and compare to system-generated requisitions
· Assist with picking and packing orders for shipping
· Work with procurement team to maintain optimal inventory levels
· Maintain safe, clean, organized warehouse, including recycle and refuse collection
· Conduct random and year-end physical inventory counts, and report discrepancies
· Keep knowledge of company-distributed products and pricing current
· Adhere to company policies, as amended from time to time
· Work on continuous improvement projects
Position requirements

- high school diploma
- current Forklift or Reach license required
- minimum one (1) year of warehouse experience
- strong communication, math and computer skills (Word, Excel)
- flexible work hours at end of day to accommodate courier pickups
- ability to efficiently pick, lift, move, and pack products (up to 50 lbs. per box)
- commitment, punctuality and good work ethic
- drivers license a plus
