Key Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled deliveries to partner locations with accuracy, professionalism, and on-time performance.
- Load, transport, and unload products while maintaining proper food handling and quality standards.
- Follow assigned routes using the SPOKE delivery routing app at all times.
- Sign off every drop-off with required photos and confirmations through the routing app.
- Conduct temperature checks, confirm product counts, and complete all delivery documentation.Return bins to the loading area, stack them properly, and clean them after each route.
- Assist with basic inventory rotation, tote returns, and restocking tasks as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized vehicle environment at all times.
- Present yourself professionally when interacting with partner staff and internal teams.
- Report delivery issues, delays, or product concerns immediately to the Logistics Supervisor.
What You Bring
- At least one year of driving experience with a valid AB driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to use a smartphone confidently for routing apps, communication, and delivery documentation.
- Strong reliability and punctuality with a commitment to completing assigned routes.
- Attention to detail in handling products, completing logs, and following procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Professional appearance and communication when interacting with partner staff.
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining a high level of accountability.
- Strong understanding of basic safety, cleanliness, and food handling practices.
- A positive attitude, willingness to follow direction, and readiness to support the operations team as needed.
