Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed
- Support team members in site preparation and cleanup activities
- Perform general manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Support ongoing projects by providing physical assistance wherever needed
Skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills to understand and execute tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment (nice-to-have)
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
- Prior experience in labor-intensive roles is advantageous but not mandatory
