Do you love vintage clothing, styling, and connecting with people? Horse & Snake Vintage is looking for a friendly, creative, and reliable Vintage Shop Assistant to join our team.
We're more than just a vintage store—we're a community space that celebrates personal style, sustainability, and self-expression. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating great customer experiences and takes pride in keeping a beautiful, organized shop.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and make everyone feel comfortable and inspired in the store
- Help shoppers find clothing, sizes, and styles that suit them
- Process sales through our point-of-sale system
- Steam, tag, and price incoming vintage inventory
- Merchandise and style displays to keep the store looking fresh and exciting
- Organize and maintain sales racks and inventory
- Keep the shop clean, tidy, and inviting
- Assist with receiving and processing new stock
- Help create a fun, positive atmosphere for customers and staff
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Interested in vintage clothing, fashion, art, and sustainability
- Creative and excited about merchandising and styling displays
- Comfortable being on their feet and performing light physical tasks
- Reliable and punctual
Retail experience is an asset but not required.

Position: Part-Time (approximately 2 days per week to start)
